Best Banana Bread

Ok. Best is hard to qualify...but the recipe is really easy.

3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 T. milk or buttermilk
1 t. vanilla
2 cups self-rising flour

Here is the "best" part about it. Put everything but the flour into the blender until mixed well. Stir in the flour and bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 for 50 minutes.
I often use only half the amount of sugar. When the bananas are ripe, I don't miss it.
Enjoy!

Do you really mean that it goes in the blender???

Yes! In the blender - can you beat that? You can have homeade banana bread in the oven in about 5 minutes!

Oh - and for chocolate lovers, mini choc. chips make a nice "stir in" - or sprinkled on top.

I lost our favorite banana bread recipe and have never been able to replace - it was a very easy one too. I'll definitely have to try this one.
